My younger brother is already a teenager, but I think that he still has this need. Though since he is now bigger, there are times when mom can’t control him. I will tell her about this, and I will also ask her to be involved in a parenting lesson as well for more info.

I didn’t know that consistent rules were so important. I think school creates a great environment of keeping and following rules. I will have to look into school for my kids.
