Kids and flowers just go do well together. One comment, though- I'd avoid sweet peas in a child's garden. While they are beautiful, easy and oh so fragrant, the " pea pods" / seeds are toxic. My daughter is a pea and pea pod eating machine, and she's not old enough yet to be able to tell ornamental from edible. If you do use them, be sure to teach the littles 🙂
